My wife went to church and then out to lunch so I fixed
myself a good lunch. I fried a couple slices of jowl bacon and cut a square of
Dave’s leftover mac n cheese and browned it in the bacon grease. It went on a
whole wheat slider bun with a little mustard over the bacon. On the side I had
what was left of Billy’s slaw.
That was so good I wanted a second one! I will be making these
again but on a large bun! Great for
breakfast, brunch, lunch or anytime!
